An exciting opportunity has arisen to join LSL Property Services PLC, one of the United Kingdom’s largest property companies, at our busy Cheadle Conveyancing Centre. LSL Property Services plc is a leading provider of residential services to its customer groups; offering services including estate agencies, lettings, surveying and mortgage advice through brands such as Reeds Rains and Your Move estate agencies.
Here at Cheadle we are looking for an individual who is highly organised, detail orientated, able to prioritise and execute key administrative functions on a daily basis, whilst being able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, external partners and internal branches. Part of the role will involve receptionist duties so a confident telephony manner is vital.

Basic Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
Location: Cheadle Office (Cheshire)
Role Purpose: Working with our Home Move Consultants and reporting to the Centre Manager. First point of contact for incoming calls, the role is required to support the team to progress the early milestones of the Conveyancing process, using a variety of online systems, for both Reeds Rains and Your Move Customers.
Experience: Previous experience in a Conveyancing new business environment would be advantageous however it is not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and possess strong IT skills.
